Len Melnychuk, Marketing Manager

ROGER
BRADLEY
After leaving home at an early age, Roger worked his way through High School at a local Plastics factory. Upon graduating High School he was promoted to Printing Department Supervisor. While continuing his career in Plastics Injection and Blow molding, Roger attended night school and obtained diplomas in Production and Inventory Control Management and Business Management from a local College. Over the past 30 plus years in plastics processing, his job duties progressed from working on the shop floor to Shift and Department supervisor and from Plant manager to Division manager while obtaining designations in three different trades.
Roger joined the Chrysalis team in October of 1995 as Plastics Manager. Since that time he has overseen three Division expansions, substantial sales growth and has increased the product line from four to over 30. He assumed the management of both Woods & Plastics business units in 2006 when becoming V. P. of Business Operations. In addition to the Plastics and Woods Division he oversaw the creation of our third business unit Distribution which distributes finished products into Western Canada that complement the current Product Line manufactured in house.

Len
Melnychuk
Growing up in a small farming community, Len quickly realized that he did not want to be a farmer. Upon completion of grad school in 1981, Len moved to Edmonton to explore what other career options were available in the city.
He found a job as a shipper for an interior door company and worked his way into sales. After 10 successful years with the company, Len decided it was time for a career change. With a complete 180 degree turn, Len started in the packaging industry, first with injection molding, than moving on to blow molding. He has now been in the packaging industry for 20 years; a career which lead him to Chrysalis in February, 2007.
An innovative professional with 20 years of progressive experience within the packaging industry, Len has dealt with a variety of different manufacturers and distributors within the packaging industry mainly located in North America. Len's expertise in pricing strategies, client relations and needs assessment, marketing, financial management, supply chain management functions, administration, and staff motivation and training has allowed him to facilitate a team approach to achieve the organizational objectives set by the Chrysalis Business Units.

Jimmy Lam
Manager, Woods Division
Jimmy
was born and raised in Seria, Brunei in South
East Asia. After graduating high school, and
finalizing three years in technical college,
Jimmy worked for Brunei Shell Oil Company in the
oil and gas industry before moving to Edmonton
23 years ago.
Shortly after joining Chrysalis 17 years ago, Jimmy was promoted to & ran the Packaging department until it was sold off in a restructure of our operation. Jimmy has worked his way up from the shop floor to become manager in our Woods Division. Jimmy has been managing and over see the day-to-day operations of the Woods Division since May 2000.
Jimmy continues to provide competitive pricing and excellent quality services to all his customers; recently working with a customer in custom sizes pallets for a plastics company. He is always ready to face challenges in the pallet industries. Jimmy continues to strive for success for the growth of the Woods Division.
Bharat (BG) Patel
With over 20 years of plastics manufacturing, management and supervisory experience, BG brings a lot of experience and leadership to the Chrysalis Plastics Division. BG also earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree with majors in History and Economics from South Gujarat University in India.
BG is instrumental with negotiating sales agreements, handling customer and employee conflict resolution and creating strong business partnerships for the Plastics Division.
BG is a great advocate of continuous improvement and maintaining the high quality standards which meet or exceed personal goals and company standards to produce the most cost effective production process and highest quality products to supply to Chrysalis business partners.
